Responsibilities
- Provide on-site supervision for civil and building structural construction according to project specifications, drawings, and Building Control Act to & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation;
- Manage and oversee a team of site staff or resident technical officers in supervising various aspects of the project, including architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, landscaping, and related works;
- Assist in approving valid overtime requisitions and supervising temporary works and recommending modifications, if necessary, as needed;
- Support all aspects of the project, including record-keeping, monitoring schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and attending project-related meetings;
