Reservations Agent

**Every great stay starts with a great reservation.** To help our guests’ journeys begin seamlessly, we’re looking for a Reservations Agent who can handle bookings with precision, provide helpful information, and create a positive first impression—even before our guests arrive.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Handling guest reservations through phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and efficiency
● Assisting guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services
● Ensuring all bookings are correctly entered into the system and updated as needed
● Promoting hotel services, special offers, and upselling to enhance guest experiences
● Coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals
● Managing amendments, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally
