The Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests. You’ll play a key role in maximising room sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking experience from enquiry to arrival.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online systems
- Process bookings accurately using the hotel’s reservation system
- Provide guests with information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
- Upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services where appropriate
