About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer reservations via phone, email, chat, or walk-in inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about services, availability, pricing, and policies
  • Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
  • Maintain and update reservation records in the system
  • Coordinate with operations or front office team regarding guest bookings
  • Address customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • With experience in reservations, customer service, hotel, restaurant, or travel industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
