Research Engineer (Waste & Process Development)
Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Transport Allowance
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities- Develop, evaluate, and optimize waste treatment, handling, and recovery processes to ensure technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand waste sources, identify opportunities, support project development, and execute pilot trials.
- Identify, assess, and implement new technologies and solutions, including working with external partners such as universities, research institutes, and technology providers.
