About the Job

We are looking for talented MSc/PhD students to join Tether for an internship in 2025/2026. The internship focuses on contributing to our products and research, particularly on the development of state‑of‑the‑art foundation models and optimizing our distributed training framework.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop state‑of‑the‑art large language models and multimodality models.
• Implement large model applications in business scenarios (pre‑training, supervised fine‑tuning, post‑training, inference, etc.).
• Continuously optimize the training framework to improve efficiency on multi‑node GPU clusters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Tether to advance open‑source LLM, vision, and multimodal foundation models.
