Job Description
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including designing and conducting user interviews and surveys to uncover key customer pain points across the user journey
- Support credit and installment product initiatives through competitive benchmarking, usability testing, and market research to help optimize conversion and product performance
- Monitor the FinTech and consumer finance landscape to identify emerging trends, behavioral shifts, and market opportunities
- Provide timely insights and agile reporting to support urgent research requests from stakeholders
- Work closely with Product, Credit BD, Marketing, and Risk teams to translate research insights into actionable product improvements or marketing strategies
