About the Role
The Research Analyst of the Client Service team serves as an intermediary between the company & its client with the objective of meeting client needs & executing current business & assisting in developing new business.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing market research projects to gather relevant data on customer preference, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
