About the Role
Assist in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes across departments. Support the coordination of internal workflows, ensuring timely execution of tasks and deliverables. Maintain and update process maps, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and workflow diagrams. Collaborate with team leads and department heads to gather requirements and identify process bottlenecks. Track process performance metrics and assist in generating periodic reports for management review. Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and documentation protocols.
