Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and maintaining project momentum
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
- Design, generate, and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
- Coordinate resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
