About the Role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Architecture: Build and own the macro YouTube monetization strategy across current and future music libraries; develop scalable onboarding frameworks to seamlessly integrate newly acquired catalogues onto the platform.
Monetization & Revenue Ownership: Take complete ownership of revenue growth across the brand's YouTube ecosystem; design publishing and optimization roadmaps covering metadata, release planning, and discoverability.
Analytics & Performance: Micro-analyze channel and catalog performance via YouTube Analytics to scale key commercial metrics including RPM, CPM, subscriber growth, and watch time; establish reporting dashboards to drive business decision-making.
Operations & Rights Management: Establish and oversee full YouTube CMS operations, asset ingestion, and policy configuration; lead Content ID strategy, copyright enforcement, claims management, and dispute res...
