Reports Analyst

The Reports Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business decision-making. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, identify trends, and deliver insights that drive operational and strategic outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and performance insights
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting sources
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other teams to define reporting requirements
• Create dashboards and visualizations using reporting and BI tools
• Validate data sources and reconcile discrepancies as needed
