Role Overview
You will own the full analytics lifecycle: Requirement gathering, data acquisition, modelling, visualization, automation, governance, data accuracy and enablement.
You will translate HR business questions into metrics, models, and intuitive reports that inform decisions on headcount, attrition, recruiting, payroll, performance, and workforce planning.
You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to prioritize a scalable roadmap of analytics products and automations.
1. Data Engineering & Modelling
Build robust ETL pipelines using Power Query (M) and SQL to integrate HRIS, ATS (SmartRecruiters or similar Applicant Tracking System), payroll, and survey data.
