Role Overview
We’re looking for a D2C Retention Marketer who understands that growth doesn’t end at the first order.
Your core responsibility will be to increase repeat purchase rate, LTV, and customer engagement using lifecycle marketing channels like WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and CRM automation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be building flows, launching campaigns, analyzing cohorts, and continuously improving retention metrics.

Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Own and scale customer retention & repeat purchase programs
- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle journeys across:
- SMS
- Improve key metrics:
- Repeat purchase rate
- Customer LT
