About the Role
Toyota Motor Philippines seeks a Repair Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and diagnostics support to the Visayas dealer network from their Mandaue South, Cebu office.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing repair support for complex vehicle issues to Visayas dealer network via remote diagnostics or on-site visits.
- Creating Technical Reports for assisted cases and Field Evaluation Reports for safety-related cases.
- Coordinating with Toyota Internal Affiliates on Customer Handling and Marketing activities.
- Collaborating with Toyota Regional Affiliates and Dealer Network to improve repair assistance programs.
- Facilitating serviceability Kaizen requests to Regional affiliates to address market concerns.
