TransUnion is looking for a hybrid Team Member to support high‑value batch processing activities. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of operational processes, reducing errors, re‑work, and deviations while delivering reliable outputs and supporting the overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute critical batch processing tasks with high precision, minimizing errors and re‑work.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex incidents, analyzing problems and providing effective solutions to prevent larger impacts.
• Identify and propose improvement opportunities, optimizing workflows and contributing to more agile, controlled processes.
• Validate information and ensure adherence to procedures, mitigating operational and reputational risks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain continuous operational excellence and client satisfaction.
