Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking a Vice President of Research & Development who brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical prowess. The position demands adept management and project management capabilities, a visionary approach to product development, financial insight, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Agile process. As the VP of R&D, you will drive continuous innovation, enhance existing products, seamlessly integrate newly acquired products into our corporate portfolio, and ensure smooth incorporation of third‑party solutions with Harris’ product offerings.
