Lead the transformation of customer operations as a Principal Technical Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow. Work remotely to provide exceptional guidance in process modeling and solution automation, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.
In this fully remote position, you will leverage extensive experience to support engagement efforts and facilitate workshops with clients. You will outline technical documentation, lead user story development, and ensure best practices in configuration versus customization are followed.
