About the Role
Ascender is a global nonprofit founder ecosystem inviting students, fresh graduates, and early career professionals to join a hands‑on, contribution‑based internship/participant program.
This is not a classroom internship and not a paid job .
Participants work on real startup execution, supporting real founders and operators — not simulations.
What you'll work on
- Startup operations & research
- Community & program support
- Content, growth, or founder enablement tasks (Assignments are project based and depend on your strengths.)
