Remote SaaS Onboarding & Training Specialist

Smart Apartment Data is on the lookout for a professional communicator to manage onboarding sessions and product training for clients in a fully remote role. You will have the opportunity to work with clients directly and aid them in adopting our innovative real estate analytics software.

The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and demonstrate exemplary English communication abilities (C1/C2 level). A competitive salary of $1,800 to $2,200 per month will be offered based on your qualifications and experience.
