What you’ll be doing

Managing the full project lifecycle – planning, resourcing, delivery, and reporting. You’ll produce project schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and cost forecasts, while keeping clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders informed throughout. You’ll oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe systems of work are followed at all times.

What we’re looking for

A hands‑on project manager with a mechanical, HVAC or construction background and strong experience in planning, resource management and budget control. A solid understanding of mechanical installation is essential. You’ll need a CSCS Manager card and ideally hold qualifications such as SMSTS or CDM. MAPM membership is desirable.
