Job Description
A healthcare client is looking to hire a Program Manager to oversee program-level coordination across six data and analytics transformation workstreams, maintaining visibility into timelines, dependencies, and financial performance while ensuring alignment across initiatives. They will manage and track a ~$10M program budget within ServiceNow, handle forecasting, monitor spend, and support requests for additional funding, while also driving resource planning in Excel and ensuring accurate allocation across workstreams. The role includes facilitating contractor onboarding by executing and tracking onboarding workflows, maintaining process adherence, and improving efficiency where timing and process gaps exist.
