REMOTE Network Technician

As a Senior Networking Technician, you will be integral to the successful delivery of high-profile and complex infrastructure projects for our Fortune 100 hyperscale customers. Working alongside the wider Field technician team and our delivery partners, you will take the lead on on-site delivery and communication with our internal and external teams to ensure projects are delivered to the high standards expected of the WWT Hyperscale team. You will also take on a mentorship and training role for newer field engineers as we build the next generation of talent. This role will allow you to build on your previous field engineer experience, continue developing your technical skills, and start improving processes and documentation by regularly sharing suggestions and feedback with the wider engineering team.
