We're hiring — Freelance Listing Optimisation & Operations Specialist

airhosted is a Swiss short‑term rental management company. We manage 60+ properties across 20+ cities and work with a lean, remote‑first team that runs on performance, hospitality tech, and clean processes.

We're looking for an experienced freelance specialist who has done this work before and can hit the ground running — someone who brings their own knowledge and doesn't need the fundamentals explained.

The role

Full‑time freelance. You'll work directly alongside our Revenue Strategist on listing optimisation across Airbnb and our other distribution channels. This is a collaborative, hands‑on working relationship with continuous direction and feedback — not an isolated task queue.
