About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **Remote Help Desk Support Specialist **to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical assistance to our clients, resolving issues related to Microsoft Office, Apple devices, laptops, tablets, and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform imaging of laptops and setup of new devices, including laptops, iPads, tablets, and phones.
- Manage remote device/mobile device management using Manage Engine MDM.
- Work with Active Directory for user management and access control (as needed).
- Handle password resets and account management tasks.
- Conduct printer troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation.

- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably in a remote environment.
