Remote Dayforce Implementation Lead

Workana seeks a Dayforce Implementation Project Manager to drive a full HRIS transition from Insperity to Dayforce for a U.S.-based company with about 1,100 employees.

Lead end-to-end implementation, coordinate planning, execution, and post-launch stabilization, and guide stakeholders on best practices across HR, payroll, IT and operations. Fully remote, long-term position; strong English required.
