Remote Customer Success Manager – Growth & Retention

Multiplier is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build trusted relationships with named accounts, drive adoption of our HR tech products, and help customers achieve talent and business objectives.

You will report to the Regional Head - CX, collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering, and thrive in a remote, high-growth environment. Fluent Mandarin and 2–3 years in CSM/AM are required for this role.
