About the Role
Outlier Ai is seeking proficient programming experts in Argentina to help teach AI how to interpret and solve complex programming challenges. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++. Excellent fluency in both Spanish and English is required, along with strong writing skills in both languages.
The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience working as a Software Engineer, Back End Developer, or Full Stack Developer. The role includes reviewing AI-generated code and providing constructive feedback to enhance AI capabilities.
