We are looking for Relief Support Workers to work in our Young Persons Services across West Cornwall . You will be working as part of a larger Support team to provide support services to young people. The role includes supporting people to manage their tenancy, understanding benefits and encouraging positive life skills like budgeting, wellbeing and social inclusion.
You will be working shifts on an adhoc basis. You will support and monitor the conduct, health and safety and general welfare of residents with a flexible and sensitive approach.
