About the Role
We are looking for a Reliability Test Technician to support hands-on execution of reliability and environmental testing for hardware systems in a lab environment. In this role, you will set up and operate test equipment, document results, and collaborate with engineers to identify issues and improve product performance, ensuring accurate testing and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Requirements
+ Associate degree or trade school certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
+ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in a reliability and/or manufacturing test environment.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical information.
Preferred Skills and experience
+ Working knowledge of computer and networking hardware setup and troubleshooting.
