About the Role
Responsibilities
- Drive maximum machine uptime and minimize unplanned downtime
- Lead daily maintenance planning and manpower allocation
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Supervise complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans
- Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (Downtime %, Breakdown %, PM Compliance)
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine operations
- Coordinate closely with Production to align maintenance with operational targets
- Prepare and analyze technical and performance reports
