Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer in our Maintenance Department. The department consists of engineers and technicians in automation/electro and mechanical disciplines. The position reports to Maintenance Manager.

Relevant experience from industrial plants would be an advantage.

Norwegian is the main language, but you must also be proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Reliability Engineering (RE) year plan: prepare, approvals, feedback, follow-up, execute and facilitate criticality ranking, RE analysis (FMEA, PMO), development of maintenance strategies, development of spare part strategies.
• Responsible for storing relevant RE data in IT system.
• Special focus and facilitation of FMEA/PMO on critical assets causing the biggest reliability losses of the plant.
• Participate and/or lead RCPS sessions.
• Provide training: Criticality Ranking, FMEA/PMO, RCPS...
