Your Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and implement strategies such as Condition Based Monitoring to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Enhance preventive and predictive maintenance using tools like FMEA, Reliability Centred Maintenance, and condition monitoring technologies to drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Take part in an on-call rota.
- Ensure all activities comply with GMP, MHRA, and pharmaceutical standards; own and write Change Control, Deviations, maintain accurate maintenance records and support equipment validation.
