Job Description
We are looking for experienced **Reliability Engineer** to join the Global Reliability Lab team. Supporting products qualification from development through high‑volume manufacturing. In this role, you will play a key part in defining reliability strategies, leading qualification activities, investigating failures, and driving long‑term product robustness.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including Design, Test, Failure Analysis, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure our products meet stringent reliability, customer, and industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Execute reliability qualification plans for electronic components, and modules.
+ Develop test strategies including **HTOL, HAST, THB, TC, HTSL, PTC and** **mechanical stress tests** .
+ Review test results, analyze failures, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations.
