Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Reliability & Planning Superintendent, the successful candidate will bring substantial experience in mining and infrastructure asset management, maintenance strategy development, and reliability engineering, together with demonstrated capability to embed disciplined asset management practices across the operation. Assisting in the development, review, and optimisation of maintenance strategies for site’s assets using reliability principles, ensuring alignment with required asset performance, risk, and lifecycle objectives. Drive reliability improvement through RCFA, defect elimination, condition monitoring, performance analysis and parts strategy for critical assets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing asset performance, reducing waste, and lowering cost.
