Release train Manager

Job Description: 1. Agile Release Train (ART) Enablement Provide a dedicated or fractional Release Train Engineer to support one or more Agile Release Trains Act as a servant leader and chief facilitator across multiple Agile teams Establish and maintain a predictable delivery cadence 2. Planning & Execution Facilitation Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning endtoend Run and optimise ARTlevel ceremonies (ART Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) Support alignment between business priorities, product management, architecture, and delivery teams 3. Dependency, Risk & Impediment Management Identify and manage crossteam dependencies Proactively surface and escalate delivery risks and systemic impediments Partner with client leadership to resolve blockers impacting flow and outcomes 4.
