Release Train Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Enable PI planning readiness, execution tracking, and delivery of committed objectives.
• Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and remove impediments across teams.
• Partner with Product and Technology leadership to align strategy, roadmaps, and execution.
• Enable intake of work through demand and capacity alignment.
• Maintain ART-level metrics, dashboards, and transparency into delivery progress.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and maturity assessments.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean‑Agile practices and mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer.
• Experience working in Agile environments using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
