Relative Value Trader – Commodities

The Role

We are looking for a Relative Value trader with 1–3 years of experience to join our Commodities trading team. You will sit at a relative value commodities desk and work directly alongside senior traders from day one. The role spans the full trade lifecycle — identifying dislocations, building and refining quantitative models, executing spread trades, and managing risk. You will cover energy, metals, and agricultural futures markets. Prior experience trading futures in any market—equities, rates, FX, or commodities—is relevant; what matters most is a strong grasp of futures dynamics and a demonstrated ability to think in terms of risk and reward. If you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment and are motivated by measurable trading performance, this role is for you.
