- Manage relationships with corporate banking clients
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Work 100% Onsite in McKinley
- Fixed nightshift schedule
Requirements
- Excellent conversational communication skills
- 1‑2 years’ experience preferred, but open to no BPO experience
- Open to all educational levels, fresh graduates, and career shifters
- Amenable to work on weekends and holidays
