About the Role
The position
- Is responsible for Loan Growth and overall relationship of the Bank with the client
- Solicits, identifies, develops and originates new loan deals and business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts
- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Manages and monitors accounts to ensure growth and revenue targets
- Maintains loan portfolio credit quality and cross sell the bank's products and services
