About the Role
Southbridge Care Homes is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse for a Full-Time role during evening hours, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Lead care initiatives and support residents with comprehensive care.
This RPN position is critical in delivering exceptional long-term care services. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee nursing practices while ensuring compliance with health care standards and regulations. This role allows you to contribute significantly to residents' lives.
