About the Role
Registered Nurse
- Permanent Part Time - 24hours per fortnight
- Week 1 Sunday - 22.15pm - 6.45am
- Week 2 Wed & Thurs - 14.00pm - 22.30pm
The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Kilpatrick Court - Toronto. You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
