Job Details Description QUALIFICATIONS Degree from accredited nursing program.
Current Texas RN License.
BLS certification.
ACLS or successful completion within 60 days of hire date.
2 years’ experience
Must possess organizational skills to function in a fast paced OR environment.
Experience in phase II level of care
Certification in CMSRN preferred
Completion of De-escalation training within 30 days of hire OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE Category I exposure to blood borne pathogens, frequent exposure to chemical hazards and radiation hazards. Responsibilities Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychological and cognitive status.
Formulates a goal directed plan of acre, which is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.
Implements care in a knowledgeable, skilled consistent manner in reaching the desired patient outcomes through nursing processes.
