About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, recording observations and documenting care provided.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment during patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records according to healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current and valid nursing license in the relevant state or country.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic, or community health).
