Registered Nurse - Case Manager

The primary responsibility is to conduct chart audits and organize meetings and reviews to ensure compliance and quality of care. The role involves collaboration with healthcare teams and requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Experience in an Acute Hospital setting

Work schedule includes 5x8-hour shifts, from 08:00 to 16:30, with no weekend duties. The position requires flexibility to float between CPMC Facilities as needed.
