About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a successful domiciliary and live-in care business with an excellent reputation, a predominantly private client base and ambitious growth plans. You'll work alongside an experienced senior leadership team while having the autonomy to lead the service day to day. What's on offer:
£50,000-£60,000 per annum.
31 days annual leave.
Minimal allocated on call.
Support from an excellent senior team with extensive care sector experience.

Leading the day-to-day operations of multi-site domiciliary care operations.
Monitoring branch performance, including budgets and profit and loss.
Managing and developing office and care staff to drive performance, engagement and retention.
