Job Description:
Responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, monitoring food and drug interactions, and providing education on diet and nutrition. Collaborates with physicians to recommend appropriate diet modifications and ensures accurate documentation of patient education and dietary plans.
Screens and assesses patients in a timely and accurate manner based on level of care. Determines nutritional needs, evaluates patient status, and provides follow-up care.
