Responsibilities

  • Support group total rewards initiatives including job grading, job evaluation, salary structure development, and compensation planning through market benchmarking, analysis, and cost modelling.
  • Coordinate regional participation in market surveys and work closely with HR teams to ensure accurate submissions and validation.
  • Provide guidance to HR and business units on compensation & benefits policies, reward frameworks, and remuneration practices.
