Job Description

Be based in a PC, with opportunity to travel in the Rockies/Prairies Provinces. Be one of the go-to people for operational and business support, specifically specializing in Prophet 21 operations.

Responsibilities

• Take the necessary initiatives to support the operations of the region and your fellow operations team members.
• Manage spa claim and credit on behalf of our regional locations.
• Manage AVI customer rebate on behalf of our regional locations.
• Be the point of contact that makes a difference.
• Collaborate with national operations teams for support and improvements.
• Work on other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Work experience and studies demonstrating the ability to support teams in P21, Docstar, and Workday.
