Maintain and develop coaching/mentorship programs for the Inside Sales team (ISRs). Prioritize coaching initiatives, specifically focused on conducting one-on-one coaching conversations, job shadowing and listening to calls.
Personal coaching sessions with each ISR to listen, discuss, and review calls. Coaching to develop better sales conversations and focused strategies. Assist in the development and training of new hires, as part of onboarding.
Onboarding new ISR’s and helping develop successful sales conversations will be a key responsibility of the role.
